There are so many excuses for not writing. Too many. Enough to last a lifetime and if I don’t get started now then that is what I will have to show for this… a lifetime of reasons WHY I didn’t write. Who wants that?
Unpublished and unappreciated (and I take ALL the blame for not putting forth a real effort before now) I venture forth. The goal is to get the ideas and words down on paper while moving the standards higher for what I will accept for myself while having fun.
Living down south there is no shortage of authors to aspire to and learn from. Keeping that sentiment in mind I still must remember to face the empty page alone every day. This blog is created to keep me accountable but if you find something useful or have something to share that would make me most happy.
